Terms and Conditions for permanent cosmetics treatments:
A deposit of £100 per treatment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

A second, top-up appointment is often required after the initial treatment. The cost of this is included in the original price but must be taken within 3 months of the date of the initial treatment.

We recommend a colour boost per procedure within 12 - 18 months of the initial treatment date. This is charged at 50% of the original treatment price if taken within the 12 - 18 months.

If more than one treatment is booked for the same day, each additional treatment will receive a 20% discount.

Cancellation policy - reserved appointments incur time and costs. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be non refundable.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full amount of time needed for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.
